Our story began with two friends from high school in the Bay Area coming together with their unique backgrounds in the traditional real estate industry and modular software development.

Prashant started his career in real estate. He grew up in the industry helping revive homes and matching them with their perfect owners, in the most desired areas in the Bay Area. He has been instrumental and was personally responsible in reviving and selling 200+ homes with asset value over $300+ million.

On the other hand, Raj was building modular software that would help anyone to put these blocks together which could be easily whipped into a mobile app on any mobile platform. He also spent time in picking some of the top startups in the tech industry and invested resulting in a highly successful tech funds with over 10X returns. Through his investing experience, he came across some of the top real estate investors and gained invaluable experience.

Pandemic and work from home brought the two old friends together. They both saw a huge market opportunity in disrupting the old and dated home building market. Especially in the hottest locations where it would take years to build a custom home. They also quickly saw that today's homes need to serve the needs of 21st century living; and it shouldn't be an afterthought. Being millennials they both personally wanted to do their part in helping alleviate climate impact and saw that homes are one of the most impactful places to drive efficiencies. Best part for these two was the scale and size of the challenge.
